Job Description

Alertiqa Premium Trading Co. is looking for a motivated Project Sales Representative to develop sales opportunities with construction projects, contractors, developers, consultants and commercial companies in Jeddah.

The successful candidate will conduct regular field visits, introduce the company’s products, understand project requirements, prepare quotations and follow up with clients until the sale is completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction projects, contractors, developers, consultants and commercial companies.
• Present Alertiqa’s tiles, marble, vanities, mosaics, fountains and other interior finishing products.
• Identify new projects and potential sales opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare professional quotations and follow up until approval or order confirmation.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms according to company policies.
• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain records of visits, quotations and client follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide market and competitor information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or project sales is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, tiles, marble, sanitary ware or interior finishes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct regular field visits and follow up professionally with clients.
• Ability to prepare quotations and use basic computer and office applications.
• Valid driving licence.
• Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, organised and capable of working independently.
